Made this rosemary flatbread for lunch today cos I really couldn't be bothered leaving the house to get anything or making anything that required even just a little bit of effort. Yep, it has been a really really lazy Sunday and I've spent most of it on the couch! I've been making a lot of flatbread lately, just cos it's so easy and quick plus we've always got flour, water and salt at home. We had it with a dip that I made out of greek yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper.
