My favourite go-to meal whenever I need to cook up something quick or when I don't know what to cook for lunch or dinner. It's a warmed penne pasta salad with tuna, smoked ham, cucumber, tomatoes, mayo, a drizzle of sunflower oil, and salt & pepper to taste. It's so quick and easy to put together and kind of healthy-ish too. I'm pretty sure I could eat this everyday!
